Pricing and Licensing Options

The Blu Zebra MIS is competitively priced and we offer various license plans and pricing depending on your budget.

The prices below are in Euros (€) and do not include Spanish IVA which is 16%.

Companies trading outside of Spain but within the European Union are exempt from Spanish IVA as long as they are a VAT registered company and can provide a valid EU Tax ID.

The Blue Zebra software is billed on a subscription basis per user license.

The "subscription period" starts on the 1st calendar day of each month and ends on the last calendar day of each month whereby payment for the forthcoming subscription period is payable in advance.

Discounts apply for customers who prepay their subscriptions - see below.

Subscription Pricing of the Blu Zebra Software for Agents

Single user license per month €200 + plus a one off set up fee of €250.

If you require additional licenses, they are priced at €125 per license per month.

The setup fee does not apply to additional licenses, only the first main license.

DISCOUNTS on the monthly subscription rates are available if you prepay your subscription, as per the following periods:

3 month subscription €400 - (SAVE €100) - (additional licenses are €100 each)
6 month subscription €800 - (SAVE €400) - (additional licenses are €80 each)
12 month subscription €1600 - (SAVE €800) - (additional licenses are €75 each)

General Terms and Conditions
1.	If a new user starts a subscription half way through a month before the 1st calendar day of the next month, a pro rata amount is calculated for the remainder of the current month and the user will pay the pro rata amount plus the next months subscription in order to activate the account.
2.	The minimum contract length is 3 month. Subscribers can cancel their subscription by giving no less than 1 calendar month notice from the start of the next subscription period.
3.	We only accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) For security reasons we do not accept cheques unless they are in the form of a banker draft drawn on a Spanish Bank Account.
